The Washington County Regional Communications Center (RCC) is a public safety answering point for police, fire, emergency medical and emergency management services within Washington County.  The mission is to serve as the communications link between the citizen and public safety agencies; provide accurate identification of the citizen’s location and public safety response needs; and facilitate fast and accurate activation of public safety and support agencies.
